Mobile Access in 3 Steps
There is no file to download and no app store approval to wait for. The entire setup happens in your browser, and your account credentials carry over from desktop automatically. Biometric login sets itself up the first time you sign in on a new device — your phone asks permission once, and that is it. If a native app build becomes available
in your state, the prompt appears on the lobby home screen when you are signed in.
- Open in11 in your browser — Type in11 directly into Safari or Chrome on your phone. No redirect, no separate mobile URL — the same address works on every device.
- Check your state eligibility — Access to the full lobby depends on where you are. The site detects your location and shows you what is available under your state's current law.
- Sign in and enable biometrics — Log in with your account credentials. When prompted, allow fingerprint or face ID — this replaces the password on every return visit from that device.
- Add to your home screen — On iOS, tap Share then Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the browser menu and select Add to Home Screen. The shortcut opens the lobby like an app without the app store.
